4. Featured and Premium Listings

Neighbourly.ng offers paid visibility options:

Basic: Standard listing visibility
Featured: Higher placement within a category
Premium: Pinned or priority placement across relevant views

Payments for featured or premium listings are:

Non-refundable once activated
Time-bound based on the selected plan
Subject to availability within categories

Neighbourly.ng does not guarantee specific traffic, sales, or revenue outcomes.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate another business or person
Upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
Attempt to manipulate rankings or listings
Misuse the platform for spam or unsolicited messaging

Violations may result in removal or permanent suspension.

6. Payments and Fees

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise
Payments must be completed before premium features go live
Neighbourly.ng may change pricing with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in the downgrading or removal of listings.

7. Platform Availability

Neighbourly.ng aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property
